Colleagues who have a certain understanding of our YH2M8590 product may know that there is a tearing manipulator under each polishing head to tear the waste hook and loop. In our normal idea, after tearing the waste hook and loop, we need a motor to drive a conveyor belt to transport the waste. Affected by the working environment and working space in the machine tool, it is not easy to realize this process, not only the structural design of the motor conveyor belt, the whole protection and maintenance problem and the service life of the conveyor belt are some thorny problems. In the face of these problems, our technical team is mainly composed of Director Liu Xiaoping and Engineer Guo Kewen, and after-sales team is represented by Director Wang Zhiguang and Director Chen Liang. Finally, everyone opened their minds and came up with a very clever, simple, low-cost and easy-to-maintain method: using the grinding liquid to flow from high to low as the driving force, using stainless steel and silicone skin to make an annular groove as the carrier, designing a material collection box at the end of the annular groove, and regularly lifting and cleaning the waste hook and loop (as shown in the blue color mark in view 1). The production of the structure is very simple, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost of the machine tool. The most important thing is that it is feasible and reliable, and does not need to consider the protection of the motor and transmission structure and the maintenance and replacement of the conveyor belt. It can be described as ingenious innovation and twice the result with half the effort.
