The five teams in this competition are fully participated by Yuhuan CNC Polishing and Assembly 1. 2. Class 3, Grinder Assembly Class and Grinding Head Assembly Class. The competition activities closely focus on the two major goals of "competing for delivery period" and "ensuring quality" in 8590 production and delivery. Through the mode of "three to three competitions", the weekly champion is evaluated every week, namely: comparing quality and qualifying rate of competition products; Speed, product completion rate; compared to safety benefits, competition compliance, cost reduction and efficiency without accidents. At the end of the week, the team that wins the championship in the competition will receive a million yuan reward from the company.

June is a critical period for 8590 production. The participating members of each team have high morale. They are not afraid of hardship, not afraid of tiredness, and take the company's needs as their own responsibility. They grasp progress, promote quality, catch up with each other, and jointly overcome difficulties. On the basis of the preliminary product trial production stage, the delivery quantity and quality of products have been significantly improved. The order task has made stage progress, laying a solid foundation for the company to win customer trust and continue to obtain orders.

The weekly appraisal results of the battle competition will be released at the morning meeting of the production department every Monday, and the weekly champion team will be awarded a mobile red flag in recognition. In the competition in June, the assembly class 2, the assembly class 3 and the grinder assembly class all won a weekly championship. the grinding head assembly class won two weekly championships with its high output and high quality, temporarily ranking first in the championship list.

In the third week of the competition, the grinding head assembly class finally showed up, winning the championship with a double 100 performance in quality and delivery time, demonstrating its strength.
