Yuhuan CNC-Huazhong CNC Intelligent Control Technology Joint Laboratory Officially Unveiled

The CNC system is the "central brain" of the "mother of industry" machine tools. The key core technology has been monopolized by foreign countries for a long time, and this situation is gradually being broken. On the morning of October 20, the unveiling ceremony of Yuhuan CNC-Huazhong CNC Intelligent Control Technology Joint Laboratory was held in Yuhuan CNC. Efforts will be made to realize the breakthrough and self-sufficiency of key technologies in the industry and the "stuck neck" technology of medium and high-end CNC systems, help Hunan CNC equipment engineering innovation and upgrading, and realize the import substitution of the industry. Xu Shixiong, chairman of the company, said that the original intention of the establishment of the joint laboratory was to realize the localization of the most critical core CNC system of CNC machine tools, and to promote the technological development and progress of the national advanced manufacturing industry, including the equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province.

Chen Jihong, chairman of Huazhong CNC, said that he would send high-tech R & D talents to the joint laboratory to jointly tackle key problems and innovate with Yuhuan CNC, promote the integration and application of new technologies such as cloud computing, Internet of things and artificial intelligence in CNC equipment, and help the industry to transform and upgrade in high-end and intelligent.

Yuhuan CNC-Huazhong CNC Intelligent Control Technology Joint Laboratory is set up in Yuhuan CNC Company. It will be built into an innovative service platform integrating technology research and development and personnel training. It will carry out systematic research on the secondary development of CNC system, the research and development and testing of high-grade CNC equipment, and the development and application of intelligent manufacturing technology to meet the needs of Yuhuan CNC and the upgrading and innovation project of CNC equipment in Hunan Province. At that time, it will further promote the innovation and upgrading of Yuhuan CNC Group's CNC equipment products, enhance the in-depth integration, joint research, and collaborative innovation between Yuhuan CNC Group, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Huazhong CNC Company, and strengthen mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, The integration and application of new technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence in CNC equipment contribute to the technological development and progress of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province.
