The five project implementation guidelines released this time clarify the development direction and key work in the fields of manufacturing innovation center, industrial strong base, green manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, and high-end equipment innovation in the next five to ten years.

The construction project of manufacturing innovation center takes the breakthrough of cutting-edge technology and key common technology in key fields as the direction, and establishes an innovation chain from technology development, transfer and diffusion to the first commercial application; the industrial strong foundation project mainly solves the engineering and industrialization bottleneck problems of core basic components, key basic materials, advanced basic technology, and constructs industrial technology basic services. These two projects mainly solve the basic capacity problem. The green manufacturing project accelerates the construction of a green manufacturing system by promoting the green transformation and upgrading of various industries and links in the manufacturing industry; the intelligent manufacturing project promotes the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry and promotes the industry to move towards the middle and high end; the high-end equipment innovation project is to break through a number of major equipment The focus on industrial applications, providing advanced production tools for the upgrading of various industries.
