Exhibit 1: YHDM580B high-precision CNC vertical double-end grinding machine

Main uses: This machine can process various shapes and round metal, non-metallic thin parts (bearings, valve plates, aluminum alloy plates, seals, oil pump blades, piston rings, etc.) on the upper and lower parallel end faces of high-efficiency precision grinding.

Exhibit 2: YHM450A precision CNC vertical single-sided grinder

Main purpose: this machine is suitable for hard alloy, glass, ceramics, silicon and other metal and non-metallic hard brittle materials for high-efficiency precision single-sided grinding.

Exhibit 3: YH2M81118 (3D) Surface Polishing Machine

Main Uses: This equipment is mainly used for automatic scanning, grinding and polishing of 2.5D and 3D mobile phone cover glass, including automatic loading and unloading of manipulators, automatic grinding fluid monitoring (grinding fluid flow, grinding fluid temperature), automatic gas-liquid separation and other automation function modules. After the automation of the equipment, the labor cost is greatly reduced and the production efficiency is improved.

Main uses: This machine is suitable for double-sided grinding and polishing of metal parts such as valve plates, valve plates, friction plates, rigid sealing rings, cylinder piston rings, oil pump blades, etc., as well as thin parts made of non-metallic hard and brittle materials such as silicon, germanium, quartz crystal, glass, ceramics, sapphire, carbon arsenide, ferrite, lithium niobate, etc.
