YHMM7758 high-precision CNC vertical double-end grinding machine is suitable for simultaneous grinding of upper and lower ends of metal and non-metal parts with various shapes, especially for parts with strict requirements such as parallelism, flatness, perpendicularity between the two ends and the central axis (such as inner and outer rings of bearings, inner and outer rotors of oil pumps, etc.). The machine tool can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanism and online automatic detection system, which can automatically control the grinding quality in batches and improve work efficiency.

YHM450C CNC vertical single-sided grinding machine is suitable for high-efficiency precision single-sided grinding thinning of hard alloy, glass, ceramic, silicon and other metal and non-metal hard and brittle materials. The machine is equipped with an on-line detection of workpiece thickness sensor and an on-line detection of grinding wheel size sensor device, which can realize the on-line closed-loop precision control of the size of the workpiece to be ground and the automation and accuracy of the processing tool, greatly improving the processing efficiency and accuracy.

The YHDM580B/3 high-precision numerical control vertical double-end grinding machine is suitable for grinding metal parts with common resin bond grinding wheels, and can also be applied to CBN grinding wheels/diamond grinding wheels/diamond grinding pads for high-efficiency and precision double-end grinding of hard alloy, glass, ceramics and other metals and nonmetallic hard and brittle materials.

YH2M81118 full-automatic surface polishing machine is mainly used for aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other metal materials and glass, ceramics and other non-metallic materials plane and 2.5D and 3D surface full-automatic scanning and polishing, including manipulator automatic loading and unloading, automatic grinding fluid monitoring (grinding fluid flow, grinding fluid temperature), automatic gas-liquid separation and other automation function modules.
