(1) This machine is a computer automatic control of mechanical and electrical instrument integration machine tool, with automatic cycle polishing function. The machine tool is controlled by digital, and only changing the computer program can polish parts of different shapes.

(2) The machine is a 4-station single-sided polishing machine. The workpiece is fixed on the tooling of the workpiece turntable. A servo motor drives the workpiece to rotate after reducing speed and increasing torque through a planetary reducer.

(3) The upper polishing head design or the electric spindle structure has high rotation accuracy and low vibration.

(4) The workpiece turntable is installed on the longitudinal moving sliding table, and the longitudinal moving sliding table is vertically installed on the transverse moving sliding table. When polishing, the X and Y axes can drive 4 workpieces to do different trajectory movements according to the needs, so as to realize the polishing of complex surface.

(5) The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed shape with a beautiful appearance. The machine tool bed adopts computer simulation and finite element design to maximize the rigidity and seismic performance of the bed, so that the machine tool has good rigidity and shock resistance.
