1. The equipment is a five-axis CNC polishing equipment with multi-axis servo axis.

2. Multi-station, vacuum adsorption product is fixed, positioning is accurate and reliable. (Optional 3. 4. five-station, positive or negative pressure, or both.)

3. The polishing head moves sandpaper (or other consumables) to pressurize and polish the surface of the product. There are 4 groups of polishing heads in the circumferential direction of axis A. Through automatic program switching, one-time polishing forming of coarse polishing, medium polishing and fine polishing is realized.

4. The whole machine adopts CNC numerical control system and man-machine visual operation interface. The system controls the whole machine to perform automatic grinding, with automatic control, monitoring, counting, alarm and other functions. The machine tool status is displayed in real time, with friendly interface and large amount of information.

5. Different graphic G codes can be imported according to different products, and the precision motor can be driven by G codes to profile the five-axis linkage movement according to the product contour, with high-precision interpolation and high-speed response.

6. The working turntable is relatively independent and is controlled by an independent servo motor. It controls multiple synchronous movements electrically and processes multiple identical workpieces at one time, with high processing efficiency. (with force control)

7. Multi-motion trajectory polishing technology, the polishing wheel has planetary motion, uniform polishing, good consistency and high yield.

8. A plurality of working turntables are designed with pressure sensors, which can feedback the polishing pressure of each workpiece to realize the force control function. (Optional with two-way force control or without force control)
