(1) In view of the technical problem that the structure of the coaxial core workpiece table of the traditional polishing machine is difficult to realize automatic loading and unloading, an eccentric multi-station exchange workpiece table is developed. The eccentric built-in working disc and the polishing disc produce relative motion to realize workpiece polishing, and the eccentric external working disc is far away from the polishing area, thus realizing the automatic loading and unloading of the polishing machine.
(2) In view of the technical problem that the grinding fluid is sucked into the vacuum pipeline during the polishing operation, which causes the unstable vacuum and leads to the broken workpiece, a vacuum gas-liquid automatic separation device is developed, which solves the problem of the unstable vacuum pressure in the polishing operation and improves the clamping stability of the workpiece.
(3) In view of the technical problems of large end face runout, low machining accuracy and easy to break in the traditional polishing machine, a rotary bearing drive structure working plate is developed, which improves the end face runout accuracy and improves the polishing rigidity and stability.
