The two "intelligent manufacturing" production lines in this exhibition are YH2M8590 CNC multi-station polishing machine intelligent production line and gear double-end processing intelligent production line. The intelligent production line of YH2M8590 CNC multi-station polishing machine is mainly composed of CNC multi-station polishing machine, AGV receiving and feeding trolley, truss hanging multi-joint robot and control system, etc. It realizes full-automatic intelligent polishing production from raw materials to finished products. It is suitable for 3D curved surface profiling polishing of various small precision molds, electronic digital products, glasses, mobile phone frame, watches and other precision parts made of metal, plastic, carbon fiber plate and other materials, can achieve five-axis 3D intelligent copying grinding and polishing. The intelligent production line for double-end gear processing consists of two numerical control precision grinding machines, a precision grinding machine, a loading and unloading conveying line, a multi-joint robot and a control system. Through rough grinding, fine grinding and grinding, the automatic intelligent grinding and grinding production and processing from raw materials to finished products are realized. It is suitable for double-end processing of precision parts such as gears, distribution plates, pump valve parts, etc. It can realize high precision and high surface finish processing of parts.
