On this hot night, Yuhuan CNC grinder manufacturing workshop is still brightly lit, and the employees in the workshop are all doing their jobs and working hard. With the roar of the machine and the rotation of the fan, everyone devoted themselves to the work on hand and did not find that sweat had already soaked their clothes.

It is understood that due to the material supply cycle and other reasons, the grinding machine manufacturing workshop needs to produce a total of 21 YHDM580B/1 high-precision numerical control vertical double-end grinding machines and other models in July, and the production task is heavier than that in other months. Time is tight, the task is heavy, coupled with the weather conditions like "sauna", which is a big challenge for the grinder workshop. In order to complete the task with good quality and quantity, the person in charge of the workshop led everyone to give up the rest time at night and on weekends and work overtime to complete the production task. The workshop staff resolutely obeyed the arrangement and did not complain about the nearly "continuous rotation" work arrangement. The workshop as a whole, after 20 days of day and night hard work, as of July 21, has completed 92% of the total production tasks of the month. In the following days, everyone will make every effort to complete the product delivery with high quality before the end of the month.

In addition to the front-line staff in the workshop, the company's technical department also actively cooperates, arranges colleagues to work overtime on duty, predicts possible problems in advance, and ensures timely response and quick solution to technical problems encountered in production.

In the face of the rising high temperature weather, the company's management department actively took measures to prevent heatstroke and cool down. In addition to preparing herbal tea and mung bean soup for relieving heatstroke to be delivered to the production workshop, it also prepared delicious midnight snacks for employees who worked overtime late at night, and used practical actions to send frontline employees a touch of coolness in summer.

The employees of Yuhuan CNC have withstood the test of high temperature and heat with a high degree of professionalism and high morale, and silently contributed their own strength to the development of the company.
