After three countries and many places, which lasted for nearly two months, when I heard that after-sales engineers Kuang Zhiyong and Tang Liangxue, who were on a business trip overseas for equipment installation, debugging and after-sales service, finally landed safely in Changsha, my heart was filled with emotion. Speaking of their experience on this journey, many details reflect the persistence of the Yuhuan people.

1. difficult before going abroad

Starting in 2020, the company's after-sales service of overseas equipment is facing great challenges due to the impact of the epidemic. In the first half of 2022, the grinding machine equipment project ordered by South Korea bearing customers needs to be put into production as soon as possible, but the local after-sales engineers have not been able to effectively solve the installation and commissioning problems of the equipment. Adhering to the customer-centered service concept, it is urgent for the company to send engineers to debug. In July 2022, with the relaxation of the foreign entry policy and the overseas return quarantine policy, the company decided to send senior after-sales engineer Kuang Zhiyong and after-sales supervisor Tang Liangxue to go overseas together. After receiving the task, master Kuang, 50, agreed without saying a word. As the after-sales supervisor, Tang Gong, faced with many concerns such as the need for his management and coordination in the after-sales work of many domestic projects and the need for his children to sign up for school in August, was duty-bound to choose to go. At that time, the South Korea epidemic situation was severe, with thousands of cases confirmed daily. After communicating with South Korea agents to ensure safety precautions during overseas work trips, engineers rushed to the South Korea with masks and self-test reagents.

2. fought overseas.

Incheon Airport, where it landed, is in the northern part of South Korea, while KASWIN's customer is near Busan in the south. In order to get to the customer's location as soon as possible the next day and start working, Master Kuang and Tang Gong spent 6 hours arriving at the customer's city overnight after nucleic acid testing at the airport that day.

In the hot summer, after more than half a month of installation and debugging on the KASWIN workshop site, the 7758 grinder can finally be produced normally, and the bearing accuracy reaches less than 2V. South Korea agents and end customers appreciate the professional and technical level and craftsmanship of the company's after-sales engineers. The company's high-quality products and high-quality services have given customers "reassurance" and are also convinced of the quality of Chinese-made equipment represented by Yuhuan.

In order to reduce the cost of isolation time, after South Korea completed the installation and commissioning of the two customers' equipment and after-sales service, our engineers flew from South Korea to Thailand non-stop to assist Thai gasket customers to solve the problem of grinding machine grinding head abnormal noise, so that Thai customers appreciated the company's service attitude and work efficiency during the epidemic.

3. Back to Changsha "People on the Road"

Equipment commissioning services often encounter many unpredictable problems, so the return time needs to arrive at the customer's site for preliminary inspection of the equipment before it can be more accurately determined. Due to the shortage of flights from Thailand to China, it is difficult to buy direct flights. In late August, Tang Gong and Master Kuang decided to transfer from Thailand via Hong Kong and then return to Changsha. After 5 days and 4 nights of isolation in Hong Kong, due to the requirements of returning home for epidemic prevention, the two engineers arrived at the airport in the early morning, queued up for nucleic acid testing at 2 different testing points 8 hours in advance, and finally arrived in Chengdu safely on September 2.

The original epidemic prevention policy was to isolate hotels at the port of entry for 7 days (as long as the hotel is located in a low-risk area) and return to Changsha for 3 days. I didn't expect to catch up with the outbreak of the epidemic in Chengdu. From September 5 onwards, as long as those returning from Chengdu had to be isolated, they had to book tickets in advance and report the return plan to Changsha to the community epidemic prevention office. On September 4, the high-speed train to return to Changsha on the evening of the 9th was just booked. The next day, a magnitude 6.9 earthquake occurred in Luding. The engineers who were isolated in the Chengdu hotel also felt the shaking of the house, which really shocked them. I joked with Master Kuang and said: "I didn't expect to have such a special experience when I was over half a hundred years old. Fortunately, there was no danger."

After experiencing the cancellation of high-speed trains, planes and ordinary trains one after another, Director Tang couldn't help joking: "It seems that Chengdu people are too enthusiastic and want to stay with us for a few more days ...." After countless nucleic acid tests and many ticket grabs, Director Tang and Master Kuang finally returned to Changsha safely. Who would have thought that the journey was not over yet, the two who had originally turned to green code became red code one day later, and began centralized isolation.

Thanks to Kuang Zhiyong and Tang Liangxue, two after-sales engineers, they faced many difficulties and passed the customs. During the epidemic, they incarnated as retrograde, shouldering the responsibility of providing high-quality service for customers. They used professional technology and high-quality service overseas to show the craftsman spirit belonging to Yuhuan, and won the respect and recognition of overseas customers for Yuhuan manufacturing and even made in China!
