Yuhuan Group 7 new products through the provincial new product (new technology) appraisal acceptance and results evaluation

On November 30, 2022, seven newly developed products of Yuhuan Group in 2022 passed the provincial new product (new technology) appraisal and acceptance and achievement evaluation under the organization of the Science and Technology Management Department.

Seven new products jointly developed by Yuhuan CNC Machine tool Co., Ltd., Hunan Yuhuan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Hunan Yuhuan Intelligent equipment Co., Ltd. and Hunan University have passed the appraisal and acceptance of new products (new technologies) organized by Hunan Machinery Industry Association. Experts attending this appraisal and acceptance meeting include Professor Dai Yifan of National Defense University of Science and Technology, Professor Tan Jianping of Central South University, Professor Li Pengnan of Hunan University of Science and Technology, Professor Mao Cong of Changsha University of Technology, Professor Zhang Gaofeng of Xiangtan University, Professor He Guoqi of Hunan University of Technology, and Professor Chen Xinming of Changsha Mining Research Institute.

By listening to the work summary report made by the undertaking unit, reviewing relevant materials, and watching the video demonstration of the equipment, the expert committee inquired and discussed the equipment from six aspects: the degree of technological innovation, the advanced degree of technical and economic indicators, the technical difficulty and complexity, the reproducibility and maturity of technology, the role of technological innovation in promoting the scientific and technological progress of the industry and improving the core competitiveness of the market, and the economic and social benefits, the overall technology of "YHDM580F high-precision numerical control vertical double-end grinding machine" evaluated by Yuhuan numerical control has reached the international advanced level, with an expert comprehensive score of 85.7 points. The overall technology of three new products, such as "YHM7430 numerical control vertical single-end grinding machine", "YHM450D numerical control vertical single-end grinding machine" and "YH2M8432F high-precision vertical double-end grinding (polishing) machine", has reached the domestic leading level. The overall technology of "YHJ2M81190A precision single-side polishing machine" has reached the domestic advanced level, and the overall technology of "YH2M8519E/5 double force control five-axis numerical control multi-side grinding and polishing machine" has reached the domestic leading level. The overall technology of "YHZ08WYC6 complete set of silkworm automatic breeding production line" evaluated by Yuhuan Intelligence has reached the domestic leading level, and the technology of its complete set of silkworm automatic breeding production line has been highly appraised by experts, which fully affirmed the promotion of the domestic market.
