Who will win the gold medal? Yuhuan Group successfully held the first "Yuhuan Outstanding Craftsman" skill competition

After six months of careful planning and preparation and one month of fierce competition, Yuhuan Group's first "Yuhuan Outstanding Craftsman" Skills Competition was successfully concluded on April 28, and the award ceremony and the establishment ceremony of "Yuhuan Young Craftsman Group" were held. Chairman Xu Shixiong led the company's senior executives to attend the event. Chen Feixue, full-time deputy secretary of the enterprise party Committee of Liuyang Economic Development Zone, and Hu Xiaojiang, member of the enterprise party Committee and chief of the liaison department, visited and guided the event.

This competition mobilized more than 100 production front-line employees from all branches of the group. After layers of selection in the preliminary and final stages, the theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the three types of work of assembly fitter, assembly electrician and machining were assessed successively. Finally, 3 gold medals, 4 silver medals, 6 bronze medals and 15 excellence prizes were decided. The company leaders awarded certificates, trophies and a prize of up to 10000 yuan to the winners. The wide range of mobilization, the number of contestants and the scale of the competition are the first in the whole company.

Rao Xu, member of the company's party committee and chairman of the joint trade union, delivered a speech at the award ceremony of the competition. He said that the competition not only showed results and level, but also showed the style of Yuhuan. The fierce competition in the competition field will not only hone the skills of the contestants, but also play a positive role in promoting the enthusiasm of all the production staff of the company to learn knowledge, study skills, improve their own comprehensive quality, standardize production operation and so on.

General Manager Xu Yanming made an important speech at the award ceremony. She hoped that the contestants would not only apply the experience and methods gained from mutual exchange and learning during the preparation and competition to their daily work, but also bring the "craftsman spirit" of being meticulous, persevering, striving for perfection and daring to innovate to their posts. The employees in the production line should keep up with the "outstanding craftsmen of Yuhuan", do one line of work, love one line of work, focus on their posts, focus on their own duties, concentrate on doing everything well, practice "real skills" and "real kung fu", and realize the ideal of life with the professional attitude of excellence and the ultimate pursuit of skills.

While congratulating the winners, she pointed out that it is necessary to use this skills competition as an opportunity to inspire corporate employees to base themselves on their duties. Yuhuan CNC at MAKTEK Eurasia 2026
