Provincial science and technology project "superhard material precision grinding and polishing key technology and industrialization research" successfully passed the acceptance

Yuhuan CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. undertook the Hunan Province strategic emerging industry science and technology research and major scientific and technological achievements transformation project "Superhard Material Precision Grinding and Polishing Key Technology and Industrialization Research" (project code: 2014GK1021) on December 19, 2016 Successfully passed the acceptance organized by the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Department.

The project was jointly constructed by the company and Hunan University in 2014. The project studied the precision grinding and polishing mechanism and key technologies of superhard materials, and developed three new products. The products were tested by the Hunan Provincial Mechanical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station. The indicators meet the contract requirements; a machine tool production line was established; 8 patents were applied (including 3 invention patents, 4 utility model patents, and 1 appearance patent); one software copyright; two enterprise standards. The company has fully completed the tasks stipulated in the project contract and various assessment indicators, and received a special fund of 3 million yuan for the project.
