The company held OA system project start-up meeting

On June 21, 2017, the company's OA system project kick-off meeting was held in the conference room on the second floor. Mr. Xu Liang, deputy general manager of the company, heads of relevant departments and members of the OA project implementation team attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Director Li Youqiang of the Operations Office. Director Li first introduced the significance of the company's implementation of OA project construction, and read out the notice on the establishment of OA project implementation team to promote the implementation of OA platform construction, clarifying the responsibilities and division of labor of the project team members. The business director, project director and project manager of the system supplier attended the meeting. Mr. Jiang, the project manager, gave a detailed introduction to the project overview and implementation plan. The members of the OA project implementation team and the heads of various departments made their statements one by one. They all said that they would combine the actual work of their posts and cooperate with the overall implementation progress of OA online, go all out to earnestly complete the relevant work that the department is responsible for, and ensure the smooth and successful online of the OA system platform!

Deputy General Manager Xu Liang finally made a mobilization summary speech. He pointed out: OA system is a leap from traditional paper-based office mode to information-based office mode, and is an important means for the company to strengthen modern management. Through the construction of OA system, the company will build an information management platform with clear responsibilities, efficient approval, knowledge sharing, energy conservation and environmental protection, which will greatly improve the aspects of reducing operating costs, standardizing management, ensuring information security, enhancing employee cohesion and improving the competitiveness of the company. Xu Zong stressed that all members of the OA project team and heads of various departments should attach great importance to it and actively support the project construction.
