On the morning of May 29, 2018, Hu Zhongxiong, deputy secretary and mayor of Changsha Municipal Party committee and Secretary of Party Working Committee of Xiangjiang New Area, Hunan Province, and other leaders went deep into Yuhuan CNC to investigate the development of enterprises. Mayor Hu Zhongxiong and his party listened carefully to the production and operation report of the enterprise and focused on the construction and operation of intelligent manufacturing in the digital workshop of the company's CNC precision grinder. According to the person in charge of the company, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in October 2017, and the company has entered a new stage of high-speed and high-quality development. This year, the company's business has been steadily advancing, and the situation is gratifying. The company's CNC precision grinding machine digital workshop has now entered the trial operation stage. Digital workshop realizes the whole life cycle management of products through data information base platform, product data management system (PDM), manufacturing execution system (MES) and enterprise resource planning management system (ERP). The project will effectively improve production efficiency and production capacity, reduce operating costs and product non-performing rate. At the same time, our company, as the first enterprise in Hunan machine tool industry to explore and practice digital workshop technology, will provide certain basic conditions and relevant design and R & D practical experience for industry enterprises and related industries to further promote the construction of digital factory, intelligent manufacturing or intelligent factory.
