Yuhuan CNC and Yuhuan intelligent products have passed the provincial new product (new technology) appraisal and acceptance and achievement evaluation-the overall technology has reached the international advanced level.

On December 29, 2018, 6 new products jointly developed by Yuhuan CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd., Hunan Yuhuan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Hunan University passed the new product (new technology) appraisal and acceptance organized by Hunan Machinery Industry Association. Among them, 3 new products passed the results evaluation. The expert committee is chaired by Professor Dai Yifan of National University of Defense Technology, Professor Tan Jianping of Central South University, Professor Zhang Gaofeng of Xiangtan University, Professor Deng Zhaohui of Hunan University of Science and Technology, Professor Long Yonghong of Hunan University of Technology, Professor Mao Cong of Changsha University of Technology, Chief Engineer Peng Keli of Huda Haijie (Hunan) Engineering Technology Research Co., Ltd., and Senior Engineer Wang Xiaofei of Hunan Electric Power Test Research Institute of State Grid, minister Zhang jiazhi of special electrician Hunan electric co., ltd served as a member.

After listening to the work summary report made by the undertaking unit, reviewing relevant materials, inspecting the production site, questioning and discussing, the expert committee evaluated the overall technology of three new products of Yuhuan CNC, such as "YHMM7776 precision CNC vertical double-end grinding machine", "YHM450C CNC vertical single-side grinding machine" and "YH2M4130E CNC multi-side polishing machine", which all reached the international advanced level, the overall technology of "YH2M8432C high-precision vertical double-sided grinding (polishing) machine" has reached the domestic leading level.

Yuhuan Intelligent's two new products, after experts have approved the materials, watched the prototype operation video and tested the products before delivery, unanimously confirmed that the "630kVA and below distribution transformer intelligent testing system" has filled the domestic gap of distribution transformer intelligent testing system, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, and the overall technology of "YN07WB98 oil pump body cover automatic processing production line" has reached the domestic leading level.

The expert committee from the "degree of technological innovation, the advanced degree of technical and economic indicators, technical difficulty and complexity, technical reproducibility and maturity, the role of technological innovation in promoting the scientific and technological progress of the industry and improving the core competitiveness of the market, economic and social benefits" and other six aspects of Yuhuan CNC "YHMM7776 precision CNC vertical double-face grinder", "YHM450C CNC vertical single-face grinder" and Yuhuan intelligent "630kVA and below power distribution transformer Intelligent Test System" for quantitative evaluation, the products have obtained comprehensive evaluation of 87.4 points, 85.8 points and 86.9 points respectively, and have successfully passed the evaluation of the results of the expert committee, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level.
