From December 16 to 18, 2021, five members of the alliance secretariat participated in the 17th primary technical broker training course organized by the provincial scientific and technological achievements and technology market association and all passed the examination. The three-day training was guided by the Department of Science and Technology Achievement Transformation and Regional Innovation of the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, hosted by the National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base (Hunan), undertaken by the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Achievements and Technology Market Association, Hunan University, Hunan Province Technology Property Exchange Co-organized by the Center (Technology Property Exchange) and Hunan Institute of Science and Technology Information. The training content covers the overview of science and technology service industry, technical professional service specifications, technical transaction matching practice, technical market and technical brokerage overview, and technical demand mining practice. Laws, regulations and policies on science and technology (achievement transformation), laws and regulations on intellectual property (patent); Technology contract accreditation and registration practice, technical broker career planning and exhibition, science and technology financial service practice, etc.

Trainees who pass the examination can obtain the certificate of "national technology transfer professional ability level technical broker (primary)" jointly sealed by the national technology transfer talent training base and Hunan science and technology achievements and technology market association. The certificate shall be filed with the science and Technology Department of Hunan Province at the same time, As the basis for engaging in technology transfer, technology trading and other technical brokerage practice and technical title evaluation.
