The factory adopts a fully enclosed and fully air-conditioned combined workshop with light steel structure, and the temperature in the whole workshop is strictly controlled at 20±1 ℃. There are large parts processing line, small and medium parts processing line, shaft and plate parts processing line, precision processing line, coating line, assembly line, automatic warehouse, etc. And built a constant temperature clean room for machine tool spindle and other precision parts of the assembly and parts of the precision inspection. The software consists of four subsystems, which are: automatic programming system, intelligent schedule management, intelligent tool management and intelligent monitoring system. The alliance delegation also visited Ningxia Sharing Group Co., Ltd., the benchmark of China's machine tool casting industry. Digital control center, intelligent management system, 3D precision printing casting mud core, let the visiting group members see China's first-class casting technology.
