The former is a mechanical parts production and processing enterprise with more than 10 employees, belonging to mass standardized customized products. The company's automation level and product accuracy are relatively high. Enantia Company is a typical representative Japanese small enterprise with a history of 65 years and 28 employees. The company mainly produces the use of diamond and CBN grinding wheel and other tools of the superhard grinding machine, grinding machine. The delegation was also invited to attend the morning meeting of its company to observe, learn and deeply understand the successful experience of Japanese enterprises in standardized management and effective communication.

During the inspection activities, the association successfully held the 2019 vice president office meeting.
