Yuhuan CNC four project scientific and technological achievements and new products through the national ministerial appraisal

On November 24, the four scientific and technological achievements and new product appraisal meeting of Yuhuan CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. organized by China Machinery Industry Federation, including "YHZD001 Intelligent Biplane Processing Complete Equipment", was held in Yuhuan CNC Company. After listening to the technical report of the project team, reviewing relevant materials, inspecting the prototype and production site, and after questioning and discussion, the expert group of the appraisal committee agreed that Yuhuan CNC's "YHZD001 intelligent double plane processing complete set of equipment" and other four scientific and technological achievements and new products have filled the domestic gap, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, It is suggested to further strengthen the industrialization of the achievements.

The results of the projects identified this time are: YHZD001 intelligent double-plane processing complete sets of equipment, YHCX43 full-automatic display glass scrubbing machine, single-sided series polishing equipment and high-precision CNC vertical double-end series, with a total of four series of seven products. Breakthroughs have been made in automation and collaborative work, product automation and energy saving, high efficiency, high precision grinding and polishing of thin and ultra-thin parts, and improvement of processing accuracy and efficiency. The products will be widely used in automobiles, IT electronics, military industry, Major areas of the national economy such as aerospace, ships, bearings, seals, and home appliances have achieved significant economic and social benefits.

"Innovation leads the future" is the development purpose of Yuhuan CNC over the years. The company has formulated a series of incentive mechanisms to mobilize the enthusiasm of R & D personnel, and invests at least 5% of sales revenue as new product development funds every year. In 2013, the company has successfully developed 7 new products and received good market response.
