Yuhuan CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd., Hunan University and Dalian University of Technology jointly developed a YHM77110 of high-precision vertical double-sided grinding (polishing) machine tools, YH3MK9380 CNC high-speed valve grinders, and YH2M13B-9L high-precision vertical double-sided grinding (polishing) machine; The fully automatic intelligent dual-plane grinding production line jointly developed by Hunan Yuhuan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Hunan University has recently passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements and new products hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation. The appraisal committee is composed of experts from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the University of Connecticut, the National University of Defense Technology, the Hunan Machinery Industry Management Office, Zhejiang University of Technology, and the Hunan Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station.

Through the examination and approval of the appraisal documents of the research and development units, the inspection of on-site production conditions and the factory test of the products, the appraisal committee unanimously agreed that: the YHM77110 high-precision vertical double-sided grinding (polishing) machine tool products have filled the domestic gap, and the overall technology is at the international advanced level, among which the high-pressure stable loading and polishing disc temperature control technology has reached the international leading level; YH3MK9380 CNC high-speed valve grinder products have filled the domestic gap and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level; the overall technology of YH2M13B-9L high-precision vertical double-sided grinding (polishing) machine products ranks among the domestic leading level of similar products; fully automatic intelligent double-plane grinding production line products fill the domestic gap, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level.
