Yuhuan intelligent product plane parts finishing intelligent manufacturing production line through the provincial new product appraisal

On March 16, 2016, the "plane parts finishing intelligent manufacturing production line" jointly developed by Hunan Yuhuan Intelligent equipment Co., Ltd. and Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College passed the appraisal and acceptance of new products (new technologies) hosted by Hunan Machinery Industry Association.

The appraisal committee is composed of Professor Pan Cunyun of National Defense University as the chairman, Professor Peng Chuwu of Hunan University as the vice chairman, Professor Wei Renyong of Central South University, Professor Zeng Tao of Harbin Kaishuai, Professor Long Yonghong of Hunan University of Technology, Professor Zeng Xiangjun of Changsha University of Technology, and Cai Hua Gao Gong of Hunan Mechanical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station.

Through the examination and approval of the identification documents of the research and development units, the on-site observation of the prototype operation and the product factory test, the appraisal committee agreed that the overall technology of "intelligent manufacturing production line for finishing of flat parts" has reached the leading domestic level.

The production line is equipped with a variety of CNC machining machines, transport robots and various non-standard customized advanced equipment. Through the actual operation of the production line, students can be familiar with today's mainstream numerical control technology, servo drive technology, a variety of advanced robot programming skills. Not only that, by understanding the entire operation process of the production line, you can feel the future development trend of the manufacturing industry-intelligence.

The product can provide teachers and students with intelligent equipment and intelligent production line installation, debugging and maintenance training, provide industrial robot workstation system integration technology training, experience the concept of industrial 4.0 under the customized industrial model.
