1. The motion principle of the four-channel planetary gear train, that is, the grinding disc rotates counterclockwise, the lower grinding disc rotates clockwise, and the star wheel is formed between the upper and lower grinding discs by the inner cylindrical ring gear (the inner ring gear does not move) And the sun gear drives the lower part to make a unique planetary motion of revolution and rotation.

2. The sun gear and the lower disk drive of this machine are directly connected by reducer and arranged by double-shaft sleeve structure.

3, the use of high-precision pneumatic pressure system, to achieve the upper grinding disc swing in, swing out and up, down action, easy to operate and maintain. The three-stage pressure control of pre-pressure, main pressure and post-pressure is adopted, and the pressure value can be adjusted arbitrarily and can be automatically converted. The upper plate system can be equipped with optional accessory measurement sensors and the post-processing measurement system can provide statistical processing control data to provide safety guarantee for processing key workpieces.
