Advantages of the precision multi-functional cylindrical grinder:
1. The YHMGK1720 is an integrated machine that performs rolling, crystal orientation detection, and reference edge/V-groove cutting in a single clamping, reducing process transfer and multiple clamping, minimizing errors caused by clamping, and improving precision;
2. The grinding wheel surface speed is as high as 80m/s. For grinding hard and brittle silicon carbide materials, the grinding force is smaller, and the grinding efficiency is 1.5-2 times that of ordinary speed grinding;
3. Direct drive + encoder headstock, cylindricity within 5μm, better circumferential positioning accuracy, and easy to ensure crystal orientation accuracy;
4. Rigid support tailstock, higher workpiece grinding accuracy compared to floating tailstock, and more accurate positioning;
