Advantages and features of broaching machine

1. The fixture uses a CNC servo rotary table for greater stability at 70°. Hard limit structures subject to fluctuations in 70° accuracy due to changes in climate, oil temperature, etc.

2. The flange adopts the small diameter internal rise structure of the workpiece, the process benchmark overlaps with the design benchmark, and the external rise structure is adopted, requiring Φ180 large outer circle coaxially within 0.02mm. It requires an additional process and the cost per piece is higher than the small diameter internal rise structure. The flange fork and the through shaft adopt the large external rise structure to eliminate the clearance, the accuracy is stable and the tool life is high.
