Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor Mao Weiming, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee Huang Lanxiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary-General Zhang Jianfei, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee Wu Guiying, Vice Governor Chen Fei and other provincial leaders, main leaders of cities and prefectures, and relevant units directly under the provincial government, a total of more than 110 people participated in charge.
