YHMG7776 High-Precision CNC Vertical Double-Ended Grinding Machine

The YHMG7776 high-precision CNC vertical double-ended grinding machine, meticulously crafted by Yuhuan CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd., is specifically designed for the precision grinding of double-ended surfaces of new energy vehicle carbon ceramic/carbon carbon brake discs. It is a highly innovative high-end equipment.

This grinding machine features a cleverly designed structure. It adopts a vertical layout, with the upper and lower spindle components located inside the housing, and the feeding component on the front of the housing. It is compact, highly rigid, and easy to operate. The upper and lower housings are connected by spherical hinge support, which can accurately adjust the upper grinding wheel position accuracy. The radial runout and end face runout of the spindle are minimal, ensuring processing accuracy. The feeding component uses hard rail connection and servo drive for precise positioning. The dual mechanical spindle is driven by a 45kW frequency conversion motor, which is powerful and reliable with high-precision bearings.

In terms of processing principle, it uses a pair of abrasive wheels to simultaneously process two surfaces. The upper and lower grinding wheels rotate synchronously in opposite directions and feed vertically. The workpiece rotates automatically and moves linearly reciprocating.   1. LK71, LK22 Series CNC Mortise and Tenon External Broaching Machine
