Processing mode

1. The production line mainly consists of numerical control multi-station polishing machine, AGV feeding trolley, truss hanging multi-joint robot and control system, etc. to realize full-automatic intelligent polishing production from raw materials to finished products.

2. The production line has an interface with MES, and MES can place production orders.

3. The production line equipment is connected to the INC-Cloud enterprise private cloud server to provide real-time production data, with functions such as equipment monitoring, production statistics, fault repair and maintenance, etc. At the same time, it can provide data support for the use of external network-specific functions (such as mobile APP).
