DDG synchronous loading and unloading solution

DDG is suitable for products that require high precision, high planarity, and high parallelism in the thickness direction, as well as rapid thinning, such as mobile phone frames, front and rear covers of mobile phone glass, and front and rear covers of watch glass. DDG high-speed grinding processing requires high-speed and precise material loading without stopping the machine. This case uses a four-axis robot as a basis to build functional modules such as encoder tracking, visual photo correction, and material feeding abnormality alarm to achieve fast and accurate material feeding. The material feeding stability can reach 99.9%, completely replacing the existing manual material feeding.
