On the morning of October 13, 2017, our company (stock abbreviation: Yuhuan CNC, stock code: 002903) officially landed on the small and medium-sized board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first enterprise in Liuyang High-tech Zone to be listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange A shares. The company issued 25 million shares in this public offering, with an issue price of 12.78 yuan per share and a total of 319.5 million yuan of raised funds. The funds raised by the company will be mainly used for precision and efficient intelligent grinding equipment upgrade and expansion construction projects, research and development center technology upgrade projects and supplementary working capital.

Changsha has just withstood the test of the flood peak of the highest water level in history. Flood at present, Yuhuan numerical control rapid response, take the lead in using action to help Liuyang disaster area.
